Terms of Use
These are the rules for using DeskGrowth. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What the game is
DeskGrowth is a practice game for customer service skills. The workplaces, customers, and policies are fictional. Nothing in the game is legal, financial, or professional advice, and the game does not promise you a job, a promotion, or a hiring decision.
2. Your account
- Give a real email address that you can read, and keep your password private.
- One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be 18 or older.
3. Fair use
- Do not try to break, overload, or get around the game, its limits, or its scoring.
- Do not copy the game at scale, or use scripts to play for you.
- Do not type abuse, threats, or illegal content. Do not type real personal information about yourself or about real customers.
- Do not use the game to harm anyone.
4. The AI
Customers and coaches may be written by an AI model. It can make mistakes, and its words are part of a game. Do not rely on it for real decisions.
5. A test version
While DeskGrowth is a test version, it can change, pause, or stop without notice, and data can be reset if something goes wrong. We will try to tell you first when that is possible.
6. Pausing an account
We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules, puts the game at risk, or puts other players at risk. We will explain why when we can.
7. What belongs to whom
The game, its content, its design, and its scoring belong to its owner. What you type belongs to you. You allow us to store it and process it so that the game can run, score your work, and show it back to you, as the Privacy Policy explains.
8. Our responsibility
We provide the game as it is, and we try to keep it working and fair. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using a free practice game. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
9. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
10. Changes and contact
We may change these Terms, and the version date at the bottom will change when we do. Questions can go to the address shown by the person who invited you.
Version 2026-10-19. This is a plain language text written for the test period. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before the game is promoted widely.
